| Spay/Neuter Contract Buyer understands that spay or neuter is required for this puppy. Buyer further understands that Seller will hold the registration paperwork from Continental Kennel Club for this puppy until the puppy is six months of age, at which time the puppy will be old enough to be spayed/neutered. Buyer understands that failure to provide proof of spay/neuter by the time the puppy is six months old will void all warranties stated within the sales contract. Proof of spay/neuter must be a receipt from the veterinarian giving the date of the procedure, the exact procedure performed, and the veterinary clinic name, address and phone number. Buyer understands that in the event that the sales contract is voided, the registration papers for the puppy will not be released to the Buyer. Seller guarantees release of the registration paperwork for the puppy upon presentation of proof that the puppy has been spayed or neutered.
